Isagenix cleanse

This morning I weighed 130.6, over 5 lbs less than when I started. Obviously much of that is fluid, but it feels good to have released the toxins and excess fluid so that now I am in a place to seriously measure my progress towards my goal. I had a glass of Barleylife with Redibeets and Isafruits for breakfast and a bowl of Isagenix chicken soup with a scoop of IsaPro whey protein added, both loaded with minerals and enzymes, for lunch. I am not hungry and I feel well. This cleanse has reminded me how very important it is in any weight loss program to drink plenty of water to keep the toxins and excess fluids moving out.

Isagenix cleanse - Day 2

I feel amazingly well, almost like taking an antidepressant drug, compared to how I remember my first Isagenix cleanse. I remember feeling somewhat cold and tired and hungry then because I wasn’t in good shape. I realize now that when the body is nutritionally depleted and carries toxins you have to go through multiple cycles of cleansing, nourishing and restoring the body to really feel and be your best. It may be uncomfortable, but with the results I see in myself and others I know it is absolutely more than worth it. Isagenix is like a miracle - well, duh Christine, it is packed with all the things we know contribute to optimal health: All sorts of Minerals, enzymes, probiotics, fruits, vegetables, protein, and so on, without the empty calories consumed in regular food! The first cleanse may seem hard, but you have to stay focused on the end result and the fact that so many others, including people who have lost over 100 lbs on Isagenix, were able to do it. I am confident that if you stick with the Isagenix program, each one becomes easier and the results more exciting and gratifying, because you’re body is getting in better and better shape. Feeling ill is a natural side effect of cleansing because the body is pulling toxins out of tissues and fat and dumping it into the bloodstream to be eliminated. Kind of like being momentarily poisoned, but shew, aren’t you glad that stuff has been flushed out and your body is able to heal and protect itself better?

I am a little hungrier than yesterday and have been daydreaming a little about rich foods, but my willpower is strong because of the overall feeling of wellbeing and knowing how happy I will be with the results of the Isagenix cleansing program. I’m eating a few more of the Isagenix chocolate snacks than yesterday so all is well!  By the way, Isagenix just came out with a new revolutionary product, something that looks like a chocolate called IsaDelight, that is supposed to be phenomenal for making you feel satiated while providing amino acids and other nutrients, and is only 40 calories. Wow, I can’t wait to get my hands on some of that.

I will weigh again in the morning and post my new weight. My tummy is feeling flatter than 2 days ago.

Doing my Isagenix cleanse today

After  more than a year of being lazy and not staying with my weight loss plan, I returned to Isagenix to get me where I want to be. I had started off (before Isagenix) weighing 148 lbs and was so frustrated because no matter how I tried to reduce my eating all that resulted was hunger. I have a slow metabolism due to a chronic illness that affects my endocrine system. So, I tried Isagenix  and lost some 15 lbs but then stopped. I did maintain pretty healthy eating habits, but recently trying to reduce down to my goal weight of 130 from 136 from again, reducing caloric intake, resulted in the same frustration as before when I weighed 148. I HATE the way my belly looks and how hard it is to button my pants. I have been feeling sluggish and depressed lately with this fat abdomen.

I remembered how good I felt and how gratifying the weight loss was before so I said, “I’m going back on Isagenix”.  I have been preparing for this day for the past couple of days by eating the delicious enzyme-rich Isalean chicken soup to which I added a scoop of their protein supplement, IsaPro, for a satisfying meal with a total of 331 calories and 42 grams of protein. I also have been taking the amazing tonic at night called Ionix Supreme, which helped me to sleep more soundly and feel less stressed.

So here I am halfway through my first cleansing day and I just had to write this blog to say Wow. I thought I would be suffering from lack of food but instead I feel a new energy and positive mood that I did not have yesterday! I feel good. I know this time I will stick with Isagenix for good.
